- 1 box strawberry cake mix -follow directions on box
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 8 fun sized butterfinger candy bars, chopped
Spaghettini Carbonara Tartlets

- Juice from 1 Lime (about 1 tbs lime juice)
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce or Tamari
- 2 tablespoons Fish Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Toasted Sesame Oil
- Cracked Black Pepper
- Cinnamon
- Cayenne
- Stevia to taste, or your favorite natural sweetener

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
- ■1- 3-oz package lime-flavored gelatin
- ■1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
- ■2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- ■1/2 tsp salt
- ■1 tsp baking powder
- ■1 tsp baking soda
- ■5 large eggs, slightly beaten
- ■1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- ■3/4 cup orange juice
- ■1 Tbsp lemon juice
- ■1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- ■1/2 cup Key lime juice (from about 25 small Key limes or 4 large regular limes)

- 2 tablespoons plus 1-1/2 teaspoons honey
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped sweet red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil

Break up bread in half pieces
- 1 Loaf Cinnamon Swirl Bread, French or Italian Bread
- 6 eggs
- 2 c milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp light brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Banana Daiquiris Cupcake

Cupcakes: Combine sugars, melted butter, and pudding mix, and blend well
- Cupcakes:
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup Instant Banana Pudding mix (just the powder, half a small package)
- 1/4 cup (half a stick) melted unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 mashed ripe banana
- 1 cup, 2 Tbsp. flour (I used cake flour for these and they’re light and fluffy)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup spiced rum
- Frosting:
- 6 Tbsp. butter (3/4 stick)
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese (1/2 pack)
- 3 Tbsp. spiced rum
- 2-3 cups powdered sugar
