- 8 eggs, scrambled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 sausage links, fully cooked
- 12 cream cheese pancakes (unsweetened)

Mini Snickers Caramel Cheesecakes

- 2 c. chopped Snickers Bars
- 2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2 T granulated sugar
- 5 T melted butter
- 2 8oz packages softened cream cheese
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 T pure vanilla
- 3 T caramel sauce
Peanut Butter and Banana Parfaits

To make the peanut butter cookie chunks, heat oven to 350˚F
- Peanut Butter Cookie Chunks:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Caramelized Bananas:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 6 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 6 bananas, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices
- Peanut Butter Mousse:
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
Freezer Caramel Drizzle Pie

Place butter in a medium skillet and melt over medium heat
- 2 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crusts
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 (7 ounce) package shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (12 ounce) jar caramel ice cream topping
Limoncello Prosecco Cooler

Put your glasses in the freezer if possible, or at least the fridge so that they are cold
- Fresh raspberries (approximately 5 per cocktail)
- A couple of sprigs of mint
- 4 oz cold sparkling wine or lemon flavored sparkling mineral water
- 2 oz Limoncello liqueur, cold (I keep mine in the freezer; it doesn't freeze because of the alcohol content)

- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoons salt

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 ounces Wisconsin Extra Sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 small bunch chives, chopped

- 5 carrots (rinsed, peeled, and sliced chunky)
- 5 celery stalks (rinsed and sliced)
- 1 green bell pepper (rinsed and diced)
- 1 zucchini (rinsed and diced)
- 1 cup of corn kernels
- 1 can (15 oz) of organic kidney beans
