Mixed Up Popcorn

In a large bowl mix popped corn, cereal, cheerios, nuts, and pecan halves
- 6 cups popped corn ( 1 – 3.3 oz. bag of microwave popcorn will make more than is needed)
- 3 cups bite size rice cereal squares
- 2 cups Cheerios
- 1 1/2 cups salted nuts
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Steak and Potato Stir-Fry

COOK and stir meat in oil in skillet on high heat 2 min
- 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 cups cubed potatoes
- 2 cups sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups each: sliced mushrooms and onions
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
Snickers Dip

Mix all ingredients together
- 2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 6 Snickers bars, chopped
Tropical Slaw

Drain the pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons juice; set pineapple aside
- 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple tidbits
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 medium firm banana, sliced
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (8 ounces) pineapple yogurt
Southern Mississippi Mud Cake

1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat
- 1 Cup chopped pecans
- 1 Cup butter
- 1 4-ounce semisweet chocolate baking bar, chopped
- 2 Cups sugar
- 1 1/2 Cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 Cup unsweetened cocoa
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 Teaspoon salt
- 1 10.5-ounce bag miniature marshmallows
Sausage-and-Zucchini Rice

In a medium saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 cups rice
- 1 32 ouncecontainer (4 cups) chicken broth
- 1/2 pound hot Italian sausage, casings discarded
- 2 zucchini, cut into small cubes
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
Hawaiian Sunset Cake

In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients; beat on low speed for 30 seconds
- FILLING:
- 1 package white or orange cake mix (regular size)
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 package (3 ounces) orange gelatin
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 can (20 ounces) DOLE® Crushed Pineapple in 100% Pineapple Juice, drained
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 package (10 ounces) flaked coconut
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- Toasted coconut, optional
Cookie Dough Cheesecake

PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup prepared or refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough, divided
- 1 Honey Maid Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.) <- (or make your own; so easy and so much better!)
Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Breakfast Cookies

With your hand mixer, beat sugar, cream cheese and vanilla together until smooth in a medium sized bowl
- 1 can seamless crescent rolls
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
BLT Roll Ups

Mix the cream cheese and mayo in a bowl
- 8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup light mayo
- 8-10 slices center cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 4 eight-inch flour tortillas (I use Mission carb balance)
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
