Greek Yogurt Pizza Crust

Preheat oven at 450 degrees
- 1 c Greek Yogurt
- 1 c Self Rising Flour
- 1/2 c Self Rising Flour
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil

- 40 oz frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 12 oz can diet coke
- 1 cup catsup
- 1 large onion, sauteed until soft
Christmas Meatballs

- Sauce:
- Meatballs
- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 c chopped dried cranberries
- 2 T dried parsley
- 1 can (16 ounces) whole berry cranberry sauce
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp green onion
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
Pie Crust Gluten Free Graham Cracker

This cookie crust is very reminiscent of the graham cracker crust, except it is safe to eat
- 4 tablespoons melted butter (see note below)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour, packed
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Green Beans with Ham and Potatoes

- 2/3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda
- 1/2 cup lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon pepper

- 8 bone-in skinless chicken breast halves (7 ounces each)

Strawberry Pie GF

- 1 fully baked “graham cracker crust” – click link for recipe
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped strawberries

- 1 envelope gelatin (plain), softened in 3 tablespoons cold water
