  • 1 cup of chopped leftover grilled chicken
  • 2 cups of spring mix lettuce

  • Kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste

  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp. of honey
  • 1 tsp. of dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup of olive oil
