Laundry Detergent

Homemade detergent. Less than one cent per load!!!!
- Some kind of bucket to mix all your ingredients in. I used a 5 gallon paint bucket.
- 1/3 bar of Fels Naptha Laundry Soap (you can also use Zote, Octagon, or Ivory--amounts may vary)
- 1/2 cup Borax
- 1/2 cup Arm & Hammer Super Washing Soda
Vegan Slow Cooker Black Bean Soup

Not tried yet, but sounds yummy! *Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days
- 1 pound dry black beans
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 jalapeños, seeds removed and finely chopped
- 1 cup salsa or diced tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic, about 4 cloves
- 1 heaping tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper (decrease or omit for a milder soup)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Avocado and cilantro for topping, if desired
Lasagna Gluten Free

Cook noodles as per package instructions
- 1 box (12 pieces) GF lasagna noodles
- 2 , 16-oz. container low fat ricotta
- 1 egg
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 1/2 large jars marinara sauce
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Chicken Noodles - Pressure Cooker

Saute onion, celery and garlic until lightly browned
- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 3 carrots, large dice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 8 cups chicken stock
- 1 bay leaf
- 5 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 2 sprigs fresh sage
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 lb egg noodles, frozen such as Reames brand
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons stock
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

- 2 pound Pork Tenderloin
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 TBS Yellow Mustard
- 2-3 TBS maple syrup
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 2 TBS Diced dried onions
- 1 1/2 TSP Garlic Salt or Powder

- 24 ounces spaghetti sauce (Classico Tomato & Basil)

- Italian seasoning blend

- For the apple part:
- 5-6 apples, sliced in 1/4-inch slices or so
- 1 T. cornstarch
- 2 t. cinnamon
- 1/8 t. nutmeg
- 1/8 t. allspice
- 1/16 t. cloves
- 1/2 c. brown sugar + 1/2 c. water
- For the crisp part:
- 1/2 c. oats
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 t. baking powder
- 1/4 t. cinnamon
- 1/6 c. canola oil (or 1/2 of a 1/3 measuring cup)
- 1.5 T. soy milk
- 1/2 t. vanilla
- 1/8 t. salt
