Ham and Beans (Stovetop)

- 1 pound dry great Northern beans
- 1/2 pound cooked ham, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
Laundry Detergent

- Some kind of bucket to mix all your ingredients in. I used a 5 gallon paint bucket.
- 1/3 bar of Fels Naptha Laundry Soap (you can also use Zote, Octagon, or Ivory--amounts may vary)

- 1 box Devils Food Cake Mix
- 1 small box sugar free instant chocolate pudding
- 1 small box sugar free instant white chocolate pudding
- 1 cup egg substitute
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup applesauce
Barbecue Sauce Heinz Ketchup Basic GF

- 1/2 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasonings (I don't necessarily like a lot of Italian seasoning, so add more if you like it!)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (This does not have to be fresh. In fact a use the stuff in the green bottle more times than not)
- 1 1/2-2 tbsp butter, melted
- 3/4 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup marinara or your favorite spaghetti sauce
