  • 2 1/2 lbs Gala apples, peeled, cored and sliced 1/4" thick*

  • 1/3 cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp canola oil

Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 12 minutes

  • 2 pounds potatoes, such as russet, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream or softened cream cheese
