Peppermint Mocha GF

Combine all ingredients in a blender and whip up until nice and frothy! Serve hot
- 16 oz freshly brewed strong coffee
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup heavy cream, dairy free cream, or milk of choice

Corn muffins Mexican Style

Spray Mini muffin pan with butter flavored cooking spray
- 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 2 egg whites
- 1/3 cup fat free half and half
- 1/2 cup yellow whole kernal corn
- finely chopped onion (I didnt measure)
- 1 chopped jalapeno (canned)(no seeds)
Grilled Jalapeño-Lime Corn on the Cob

Add south-of-the-border flavor to buttery grilled corn with jalapeño peppers, cilantro and lime juice
- 8 ears fresh corn, husks removed
- Vegetable cooking spray
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 small garlic clove, pressed
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro
- Garnish: lime zest
Laundry Detergent - Powder

- 1 (3 lb) Container of OxyClean– Found in the detergent aisle.
- 2 (14.1 oz) Bars of Zote Soap– Found in the detergent aisle (we chose to do pink for the scent but the white would be just fine. You can also use Fels Naptha)
- 1 (4 lb) Box of Arm & Hammer Baking Soda– Found in the cooking aisle (You could also get two 2 lb box, we couldn’t find the larger 4lb box when we went)
- 1-2 (55 oz) Bottle of Purex Crystals Fabric Softener– Found in the detergent aisle

1. In 4- or 5-quart saucepan or Dutch oven, cook ground chicken, onion and garlic over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes, ...
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
- 3 cups Progresso® reduced-sodium chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 2 medium zucchini, chopped (about 3 cups)
- 2 cans (15 oz each) Progresso® cannellini beans or 2 cans (15 to 16 oz each) great northern beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chiles
- 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese

Can frost it with a 16 oz container of Cool Whip mixed with a box of instant pistachio pudding
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix

Monkey Bread Muffins

VERY good and easy. Used Walden Farms Syrup
- 2 (8 count) cans reduced fat crescent rolls
- 2/3 c sugar free maple syrup (if you use light syrup instead of sugar free just add one point+ to each muffin)
- 1 T light butter
- 2 T cinnamon, separated
- 2 T sugar

- Coconut oil or butter for greasing pan
- 1 cup creamy, unsweetened, unsalted almond butter, raw or roasted
- 1/3 cup pure grade a maple syrup or raw honey
- 1/4 cup raw cacao or cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon fine ground sea salt
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
