Peanut Ramen Noodle Salad

Bring 4 cups water to a boil in medium saucepan
- 2 Pkgs. (3oz. each) Ramen Noodles (any flavor)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup each water, vinegar and teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes(optional)
- 1 cucumber, quartered lengthwise, seeded and sliced
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 2 scallions, sliced
Cilantro pork tenderloin

1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first seven ingredients ; add pork
- 1-1/2 cups chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 1 pork tenderloin (1 to 1-1/4 pounds)
Chicken Noodle Soup

In a pot, warm oil over medium heat
- 1 Tbl. vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, cut into 1/4-inch dice (about 1 cup)
- 2 carrots, cut into 1/4-inch dice (about 1 cup)
- 2 ribs celery, cut inot 1/4-inch dice (about 1 cup)
- salt and pepper
- 14.5 oz. low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 - 1 lb. bone-in chicken breast half, with skin on
- 8 oz. thin egg noodles
- 2 Tbl. chopped fresh parsley

Preheat broiler. Line bottom portion of broiler pan with foil for easy cleanup
- Nonstick Vegetable cooking spray Pam
- 4 lbs. baby back ribs, cut into individual rib portions
- Garlic salt
- Black pepper
- 1/2 cup honey, Sue Bee
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup chili garlic sauce
- 1 cup Catalina dressing
- 1 tsp. ground ginger

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a 8 or 9 inch ungreased round cake pan, mix butter, brown sugar and syrup
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbl. maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 can (8 oz.) crescent rolls
- 1 Tbl. sugar

- 4 6-oz beef eye round steaks
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 3 Tbl. unsalted butter
- 1 to 2 tsp. sugar, plus a pinch
- 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 2 heads radicchio, torn into pieces
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, thinly sliced, plus more for topping
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (preferably aged)
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, sliced, plus leaves for topping

- 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1-1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 broiler/fryer chicken (3 to 4 pounds), cut up
Confetti Salad

Measure the couscous into a medium bowl
- Ranch Dressing:
- 1 cup couscous
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 3/4 cup diced zucchini
- 3/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 3/4 cu fresh corn kernel (from about 2 ears)
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch tall rings
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbl. cider vinegar
- 3 Tbl. olive oil
- 2 Tbl. chopped fresh chives
- 1/8 tsp. salt, or more to taste

- 1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip French Vanilla Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
- 1 baked 9-inch square brownie layer, cooled, cut into 1-inch cubes (about 5 1/2 cups)
- 1 pt. (2 cups) raspberries
Slow Cooker Broccoli Beef
