Tater Tot Sausage Breakfast Casserole

1)Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- 2 pounds breakfast sausage
- 1 (30-32 ounces) bag frozen tater tots
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 8 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups milk
Slow-Cooker Asian Style Beef

SLICE onions, keeping the sliced white bottoms and green tops separate
- 4 green onions
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 boneless beef chuck or blade roast (2-1/2 lb.), trimmed, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 red bell peppers, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
- 2 cups snow peas, cut diagonally in half
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Cashew Halves with Pieces
Cilantro Chicken Salad

Combine chicken, mayonnaise, scallions, lime juice, and cilantro
- 7 oz. cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 2 Tbl. light mayonnaise
- 1 small scallion, chopped
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- 2 Tbl. chopped cilantro
- salt and pepper
- pinch garlic powder
- pinch of sumin
- low sodium chicken broth
Homemade Pickle Chips

In a small saucepan, boil 1 1/4 cups water with the vinegar, salt and sugar and bay leaf
- 1 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbl. coarse salt
- 2 Tbl. sugar
- 1 bay leaf
- 6 kirby cucumbers, sliced about 1/3 inch thick
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- A small handful fresh dill
- 2 tsp. mustard seeds
- 1 tsp. coriander seeds
Impossibly Easy Barbecue Chicken Pie

1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 cup Green Giant™ Steamers™ Niblets® frozen corn, thawed
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 3/4 cup French-fried onions (from 2.8-oz can)
- Additional barbecue sauce, heated, if desired
Steak Marinade

- 1 Tbl. dried thyme leaves
- 3 Tbl. brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbl. Worcestershire sauce
