Chicken Fingers with Honey Mustard**

Cut chicken into strips. Blend stuff for honey mustard and set aside
- Honey Mustard:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup oil for frying
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

- 1 1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip whipped topping
- 1 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 2 Tbl. chopped Planters Cocktail peanuts
Steak and Arugula

1. Preheat over to 400 degrees 2
- 1 12 oz. boneless sirloin steak
- 2 1/2 tbl. olive oil, divided, plus a little more
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. coarsely ground salt
- 1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
- 4 cups arugula
- 1/4 cup thickly shaved Grana Padano, Parmigiano Reggiano, or Pecorino Romano cheese
- Balsamic vinegar to taste
Mango, Cucumber Salsa

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stirring gently
- 1 cup mango, chopped
- 1 cup cucumber, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Full Back BBQ Ribs

Rub ribs with olive oil and rub on the dry spice mixture
- Dry Rub:
- 1 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup paprika
- 1 Tbl. garlic powder
- 1 Tbl. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup chili pepper
- 1/2 cup cumin
- 1 Tbl. dry mustard
- 1 Tbl. black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Barbecue Sauce:
- 2 medium Spanish onions, diced
- 3 Tbl. olive oil
- 4 cups ketchup 1 cup beef broth
- 4 Tbl. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- 3 Tbl. Worcesthershire sauce
- 1 Tbl. dry mustard
- 2 Tbl. cumin
- 1 Tbl. Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. roasted garlic
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup dark molasses
- 2 Tbl. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. roasted curry powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 3 Tbl. tomato paste
- 4 sides baby back ribs, approx. 4 lbs.

- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
