- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbl. sugar
- Kosher salt
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bunch cilantro, roughly chopped
- 1 lb. flank steak, trimmed
- 1 glove garlic
- 2 Tbl. red wine vinegar
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup olive oil, plus more for brushing
- Freshly ground pepper
Ain't Your Mama's Slaw

Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl
- 1 pkg. broccoli slaw
- 1 cup red pepper strips
- 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped red onions
- 1/3 cup zesty Italian dressing
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1/3 cup Planters sliced almonds, toasted
Grilled Grek Chicken Kabobs

- 1/2 cup Kraft Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
- 2 Tbl. Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into small wedges
- 1 lemon, halved
Crock Pot Sausage & Peppers**

- 1 green pepper, diced

- 1 Tbl. Italian seasoning
Zabaglione Cream Parfaits

- Zabaglione Cream:
- 3/4 cup prepared lemon curd, divided
- 3 cups mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries), divided
- Zabaglione Cream (recipe follows)
- 3 gingersnap cookies, crushed
- Fresh mint leaves, optional
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 Tbl. sweet marsala wine
- 1/2 cup chilled whipped cream
