- 1/2 cup Kraft Original Barbecue sauce

Chicken and Sausage Gumbo

- 1/2 cup chocolate malted milk powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Loaded Baked Potato Dip

- 1 (16oz.) container sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup sliced fresh chives

- Garnishes: cooked, crumbled bacon; sliced fresh chives; freshly cracked pepper

- 2 Tbl. low fat ranch dressing
Stir-Fried Pasta Primavera

1. In a large pot of boiling, salted water, cook the broccoli until bright green, about 30 seconds
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 12 oz. fettuccine pasta
- 2 Tbl. olive oil
- 1 red onion, halved lengthwise and sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 4 carrots, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- salt and pepper
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Mashed Parsley Potatoes

Cut potatoes into quarters; place potato and water in a medium-size microwave-safe bowl
- 1 lb. unpeeled round red potatoes (small to medium size)
- 2 Tbl. water
- 1/4 cup fat free milk
- 1 1/2 Tbl. reduced calorie margarine
- 1 Tbl. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground pepper
