- 1/2 lb. pappardelle pasta, uncooked
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 Tbl. oil
- 1 lb. chicken sausage links, cut into 3/4 inch thick slices
- 1 red pepper, cut into think strips, halved crosswise
- 1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 2/3 cup hal and half
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1 cup Kraft shredded Italian Five Cheese with a Touch of Philadelphia
- 2 Tbl. Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
Tzatziki (cucumber sauce for gyros)

Mix the ingredients in a bowl and let infuse for at least 2 hours, preferable overnight, before serving
- 4 cups fat-free Greek yogurt, strained
- 4 gloves garlic, minced
- 1 large cucumber, shredded, with juice squeezed out (very important, or it gets watery)
- 3 oz. olive oil
- 1 1/2 oz wine vinegar
- pinch of salt

Combine all ingredients for dressing ahead of time and store in refrigerator
- Dressing:
- 2 (6oz) bags baby Spinach
- 1 qt. strawberries
- 1 bag (6oz) sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 Tbl. sesame seeds
- 1 Tbl. poppy seeds
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
Tri-Color Pasta Salad

- 1 lb. Tri-color or plain rotini pasta
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup red and green pepper
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup Virginia Brand Vidalia Onion Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Oven-Crispy French Fries with Paprika-Parmesan Salt

Preheat over to 425 degrees
- 2 large baking potatoes (about 1 1/2 lbs), scrubbed well
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbl. Emeril's Original Essence seasoning or Creole seasoning
- Kosher salt
- 1/4 cup finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 1 Tbl. sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder

- 8 thin slices white or whole-wheat sandwich bread, crusts removed
- 3 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 Tbl. unsalted butter, at room temperature

- 4 lbs. beef chuck roast
- 1 Tbl. garlic powder
- 1/2 Tbl. black pepper
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup Kikkoman Less Sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 carrots, chunked
- 3 potatoes, peeled and large cubed
- 3 celery stalks, chunked
- 1 small onion, chunked
Cherry and Pomegranate Sherbet

- 3 cups fresh or frozen cherries, pitted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 Tbl. heavy cream
- Juice of 1 lemon

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

- 1 large egg yolk, plus 3 egg whites
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled, plus more for brushing
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Butter and maple syrup, for serving

- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (use rotisserie chicken)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 can Cream of Chicken & Herb
- 3 tsp. chicken granules
- 1/2 tsp. dried sage
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt or more to taste
