In a large saucepan, bring 3 cups water, the bulgur and 1/2 tsp

- 1/2 cup plus 3 Tbl. olive oil
- 1 red onion, 1/2 finely chopped and 1/2 quartered
- 1/2 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves, plus 2 tsp. chopped
- 1 Tbl. grated lemon peel plus 2 Tbl. juice
- 1/3 cup sesame tahini
- 8 chicken breast cutlets
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds

- For the sauce/marinade:
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 2/3 cup beef broth
- 2 Tbl. brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tsp. minced ginger
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- For the stir fry:
- 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak sliced thin
- 1 lb. linguini noodles
- 4 tsp. oil
- 1 red pepper pepper sliced thin
- 1 onion, sliced thin
- 2 carrots sliced into match-sticks
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1-2 cups cabbage shredded

For the brownie layer: In a medium sauce pan, melt the butter over medium high heat
- For the Oreo layer:
- 10 Tbl. unsalted butter
- 1 1/4 cups white sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Slow Cooker Chicken Gyro Bowls

- Tzatziki:
- 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped or grated
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbl. olive oil
- 1 Tbl. red wine vinegar
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/3 cup water
- 16 oz. Greek yogurt
- 1/2 English cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced small
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, grated or finely minced
- 1 Tbl. white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 Tbl. olive oil

- 8 to 12 Old El Paso Stand N' Stuff soft flour tortillas, heated as directed on package
- 1 red onion, sliced
