- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 can Cream of celery soup
Pretzel-Crusted Chicken Nuggest

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray
- 2 cups salted pretzel twists
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into 2 inch pieces
Chewy Choco-Nut Triangles

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 pkg. (6 squares) White Baking Chocolate, divided
- 1 cup salted peanuts, coarsely chopped
- 1 square Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate
Watermelon and Feta Salad

Make vinaigrette: In a bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and mint
- VINAIGRETTE:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbl. finely chopped fresh mint
- SALAD:
- 8 cups diced seedless watermelon
- 1 sweet onion(such as Vidalia), diced
- 1 English cucumber, seeded and diced
- 4 ounces crumbled feta
Banana Pudding**

Line the bottom of a 13x9x2-inch dish with 1 bag of cookies and layer bananas on top
- 1 (12 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed, or equal amount sweetened whipped cream
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups milk
- 1 (5 oz) box instant French vanilla pudding mix
- 6 to 8 bananas, sliced
- 2 bags chessmen cookies
Pecan Stuffed Steak

Preheat broiler or grill. Season the ground beef with salt, pepper and garlic powder
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 8 slices of bacon
- 8 Tbl. chopped pecans
- 4 Tbl. chopped parsley
- 4 Tbl. grated onion
- 6 Tbl. softened butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 Tbl. garlic powder
Raspberry Almond Bars

- 1 1/2 cups whole almonds
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 12 Tbl. (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, chilled cut into 8 pieces
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1 cup raspberry jam, preferably seedless
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- Confectioners' sugar, optional
Carrot Cake Cookies

Heat the oven to 375 degrees
- 1 cup white whole-wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. dry ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 2 egg whites
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
- 1/4 cup drained crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Cucumber Slaw

Stir together all ingredients in a bowl
- 2 cups thinly sliced cucumbers (1 English or 2 standard cucumbers, peeled and seeded)
- 3/4 cup julienned or shredded carrots (2 carrots)
- 1/4 onion, very thinly sliced
- 2 Tbl. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Dill Pickle Chex Mix

- 4 1/2 cups Corn Chex™ cereal
- 4 1/2 cups Rice Chex™ cereal
- 2 cups bite-size pretzel pieces
- 2 cups regular-size garlic bagel chips, broken into 1-inch pieces
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice
- 1 package (1 oz) dry ranch dressing mix
