- 1 pineapple
- 1/4 cup tequila
- 3 Tbl. lime juice, divided
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- Canola oil
- 1/2 red onion, cut into 1/4 inch dice
- 1 green jalapeno, minced
- 1 red jalapeno, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 Tbl. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Kielbasa dn Onion Pizza

Position a rack in the lower third of the oven and preheat to 500 degrees
- 2 Tbl. olive oil
- 1/2 lb. kielbasa, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced crosswise
- 2 onions, thinly sliced

Fried Pork Dumplings

Lightly beat 1 egg in a large bowl
- Dipping Sauce:
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 slice bacon, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped napa cabbage
- 1/2 cup minced fresh chives (about 2 bunches)
- 1 1/2 tsp. finely grated peeled ginger
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 clove garlic, finely grated
- 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 36 round dumpling wrappers, thawed if frozen
