Heat oven to 400 degrees. Unroll pie crust; sprinkle with half the flour
- 1 read-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 14.1 oz. pkg.)
- 2 tsp. flour, divided
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbl. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 2 oz. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
Dumplings for Beef Stew**

Cut shortening into flour, baking powder, and salt with pastry blender until mixture resembles fine crumbs
- 3 Tbl. shortening
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup milk

- Dressing:
- 1/2 head lettuce
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 celery, diced
- 3 oz. swiss cheese, julienne

- 2 Tbl. Romano cheese
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/8 cup white vinegar
- salt and pepper
Raspberry Blondies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 8 Tbl. (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup finely chopped almonds, walnuts, pecans or mixture of nuts
- 1 cup fresh raspberries

- 6 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 2 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken (from 2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken)
- 1 can corn, drained, liquid reserved
- 2 Tbl. taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 1 cup corn chips

- 1/3 cup margarine, melted
- 1 1/4 cup sugar, divided
- 3 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
Corn Casserole

- 1 can shoe peg corn - drained

- 1 jar Betoilli Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
