Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 Tbl. unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tsp. packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Kosher salt
- 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 Tbl. honey
- 2 tsp. rice vinegar (not seasoned)
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 pink grapefruit
- 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 2 heads Belgian endive, cut into large pieces
- 5 cups baby arugula
- 1 small bunch chives, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Sausage Crepesadillas

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 12 ounces sweet Italian sausage, casings discarded
- 2 Tbl. butter
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1/2 cup packed cilantro leaves
- 1/2 cup salsa
Chocolate Syrup for Oreo Pie

Mix sugar, cocoa & milk. Bring to a boil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 Tbl. cocoa
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbl. butter
Teriyaki Chicken Party Sub

Place the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound to about 3/4 inch thick
- 1 1/2 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup prepared teriyaki marinade, plus more for serving
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbl. Sriracha (Asian Chile sauce)
- 2 scallions, white parts only, thinly sliced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 small pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
- Vegetable oil, for the grill
- 3 Tbl. toasted sesame seeds
- 1 - 24 inch baguette
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
Tangy Slaw

In a small pan, combine sugar and vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 2 cups coleslaw mix
- 1 rib celery, thinly sliced (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- Salt and pepper
Italian Sausage (Grandma Bosco's Recipe)

Mix all ingredients well. Use hog casings to put sausage in
- 10 lbs. fresh ground pork (ask for lean)
- 1/2 cup ground fennel seed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups wine - red
- 1 cup water (judge for moisture)
- 3 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tsp. garlic powder

- Dressing:
- 1 qt. potatoes
- 4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 cup celery hearts
- 1/2 cup radishes
- 1 small onion
- 1/3 cup green pepper
- 1 cup salad dressing
- approx: 1 tsp. salt, pepper, mustard and sugar
Swedish Meatballs

- 1 1/2 lb. beef
- 1 pkg. (6 1/4 oz.) Stove Top Stuffing beef
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 jar (12 oz.) beef gravy
- 1 cup sour cream

- 12 pork breakfast sausage links (about 14 oz.)
- 6 large eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
