Place the pork shoulder, garlic, onion, peppers, jalapeno, pineapple juice, and soy sauce in a slow cooker
- 2 1/2 lbs. pork shoulder or pork butt
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 red onion, diced
- 2 red bell peppers, diced
- 1-2 jalapenos, diced
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 8 King's Hawaiian sandwich buns
- 1 pineapple, peeled and cored
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro for topping

Make the flat bread: Stir the yeast, sugar and 1 1/2 cups warm water (about 110 degrees) in a bowl
- For the Flat bread:
- 1 (1/4 ounce) packet active dry yeast
- Pinch of sugar
- 3 cups bread flour, plus more for dusting
- Kosher salt
- 2 Tbl. extra virgin olive oil, plus more for brushing
- For the Dressing:
- 3 Tbl. balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbl. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil
- Pinch of sugar
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- For the Sandwiches:
- 4 medium tomatoes, sliced (about 1 1/4 lbs.)

- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 Tbl. dijon mustard
- 3 Tbl. honey
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 2 tsp. poppy seeds
French Onion Mac 'n' Cheese

- 4 Tbl. butter
- 2 large onion, very thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. ground thyme
- 1 bay leaf

- 2 Tbl. flour
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup whole milk
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- 3/4 lb. gruyere cheese, shredded

- 1 2 1/2 lb. rotisserie chicken, skin removed and meat shredded
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 head Boston lettuce, leaves separated
- 8 thick slices country white bread, lightly toasted
