Pecan Pie Bars

Heat oven to 350°F. Unroll dough and press in bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of a 9x13-inch pan
- 1 can crescent rolls (they now make it without seems)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg, beaten
Holy Cow Cake

Directions: Prepare and bake cake as directed on package
- Ingredients:
- Chocolate Cake Mix (your preference), baked as directed
- 1-14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
- 8 oz. jar of caramel topping
- 4-5 Butterfingers candy bars, crushed
- 1-8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz. Cool Whip

Ina non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook beef, onion, and bell pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds extra lean ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped greeen pepper
- 1 (8oz.) can no-salt added tomato sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tabl. dark brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tabl. worchestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tabl. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tabl. yellow mustard
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 8 wonderbread lite hamburger buns
Loaded Chicken and Potatoes

How to Make: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Topping:
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cubed (1″)
- 6-8 medium skin on red potatoes, cut in 1/2″ cubes
- 1/3 c olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp hot sauce (more if you like it HOT)
- 2 c fiesta blend cheese
- 1 c crumbled bacon
- 1 c diced green onion
Individual Baked Oatmeal Cups

- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cups applesauce, unsweetened
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 1/2 cups, old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/8 cup chai seeds, optional
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- Optional toppings: blueberries, raisins, walnuts, chocolate chips, pomegranate seeds.
Hawaiian Ham and Cheese Sliders

In a sauce pan melt your butter
- 1-2 packages of Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 1 onion, minced
- ... 1 stick of butter
- 3 Tbs of Dijon Mustard
- 2-3 teaspoons of Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 teaspoons of poppy seeds
- 1 1/2 pounds of shaved deli ham- or more depends how thick you want them
- 8-10 slices of Swiss cheese or American
Penne Rigate with Artichokes

Saute the slicedonion in 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 lb. Penne Rigate
- 1 1/4 cups canned tomatoes cut in pieces
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 5 artichokes
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 tabl. chopped parsley
- 1 tabl. chopped capers
- Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
Grape Jelly Meatballs

Put chili sauce and jelly in a large pot, heat until jelly is melted and sauce is smooth, stirring often
- 2 twelve oz. jars Heinz chili sauce
- 1 thirty-two oz jar grape jelly
- 1 bag meatballs ( about 80 in a bag)
Stuffed Cabbage

In a bowl mix meat, drained rice, onion, salt and papper to taste and mix well
- 1 head of leafy cabbage
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 cup rice (pour boiling water over rice and let stand 20 minutes)
- 1 whole onion chopped fine

- 2 cans tomato sauce with tomato bits
- 1 can tomato sauce
Corn Dip

- 2 ...4 1/2 oz. cans chopped green chili's, drained
- 2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese (about 8oz.)
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- Corn Chips for dipping
