Two Ingred.Pumpkin Cake w/Apple Cider Glaze

Empty the contents of the boxed cake mix and pumpkin puree into a large bowl
- For the Cake:
- 1 Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 15 ounce can of pumpkin puree
- For the Glaze:
- 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 3 Tablespoons apple cider
- 3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup brined capers, rinsed
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped

- 2 Pounds fresh green beans
- 1 large onion
- 8 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 about 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1 cup (2 sticks) Butter, softened
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup White Sugar
- 1 small pkg Instant Vanilla Pudding mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 pkg ( 12 oz) Milk Chocolate Chips
- DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat the butter, both sugars, pudding mix, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat until creamy and fluffy. Then slowly mix in flour and baking soda. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop by tablespoonfuls, onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for ONLY 9-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool about 10 minutes before eating.
