Ingredients

    pounds extra lean ground beef

    cup chopped onion

  • 1/2

    cup chopped greeen pepper

  • 1

    (8oz.) can no-salt added tomato sauce

    cup ketchup

    tabl. dark brown sugar

  • 1 1/2

    tabl. worchestershire sauce

  • 1 1/2

    tabl. lemon juice

  • 1 1/2

    tabl. yellow mustard

  • 1/4

    tsp. garlic powder

  • 1/4

    tsp. black pepper

    wonderbread lite hamburger buns

Directions

Ina non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook beef, onion, and bell pepper. Drain in colander; set aside. Wipe drippings from skillet with a paper towel. Return beef mixture to skillet. Stir in tomato sauce and next 7 ingredients; cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until slightly thick, stirring frequently. Spoon beef mixture evenly on buns. 5 points
