Easy Spinach Lasagna

In large bowl mix ricotta cheese, 1 cup of the mozerella, egg, spinach (drained), salt, oregano, and pepper
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozerella
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 jar of 32 oz Prego Sauce
- 9 or more lasagna noodles ( Do not cook)

- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
