- 4 tabl. olive oil
- 2 tabl. butter
- 1/2 lb. asparagus, cut in bite size pieces
- 2 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 2 carrots thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 cup brocolli florets
- 1 onion, sliced in cresents
- 6 leaves of fresh basil, chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8-10 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 lb. rigatoni

Tuna Pasta Salad

- Ingredients for Tuna & Tomato Salad:
- 1 or 2 cans of tuna fish in water
- 1 cup of grape or cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of onion or scallions (finely minced)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Pepper
- Parsley flakes
- Pasta Salad Ingredients:
- 8 ounces or 1/2 package of uncooked pasta (any you prefer)
- 1/2 cup of red, yellow or green pepper (chopped)
- 1/4 cup of onion (finely chopped)
- 1 cup of uncooked peas
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- crushed black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of Italian salad dressing mix (optional)
Prune Cake

Beat all ingredients together, Bake in greased tube pan 1 hour on 350 degrees

- 1 head of Cauliflower
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheese
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp dried Parsley or Oregano or Basil

Cook Sausage and onion and drain and pat dry to get fat off
- 1 pound Pork Sausage or 2 pounds Turkey Sausage
- 1 large onion chopped
- 3 Cans (16 oz.) Dark Red Kidney Beans ( drained & rinsed)
- 3 Cans of Chili styled diced tomatoes or Oregano & onion
- Diced ( 14.5 oz.)
- 3 ( 8oz.) Tomatoe sauce
- 1 can Rotel tomato sauce (any Flavor)
- 1 can Mexican style corn ( 11 oz drained)
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
