Italian Noodles & Chicken

In nonstick pan heat oil, Add garlic, saute 1 minute
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 C diced canned tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 3 oz cooked boneless skinless rotisserie chicken breast, cubed
- 1 c noodles, cooked
Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast

Directions Generously season both sides of roast with salt and pepper
- 1 (5 pound) bone-in beef pot roast
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, or as needed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 3 medium carrots, cut into chunks
- 2 stalks celery, cut into chunks

Preheat Oven to 350F In a mixing bowl, cream your butter, sugar- add eggs & extract
- 1 cup of butter softened
- 2 cups of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cans of cherry pie filling (can use just 1 if you need to)
Grilled Asparagus Medley Recipe

In a disposable foil pan, combine the vegetables, olives and garlic; drizzle with oil and toss to coat
- 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 1 each sweet red, yellow and green pepper, julienned
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
Marmalade Soy Wings Recipe

Directions Cut chicken wings into three sections; discard wing tip sections
- 15 whole chicken wings (about 3 pounds)
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- 1 pkg dry yeast and 1 T sugar 1/4 C warm water
- Mix above all together and set aside
- 7 C sifted flour
- 3/4 lb margarine
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/2 C milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 C sour cream
- Filling
- 2 Lbs nuts
- 2 C sugar
- 6 tsp milk
- 2 t vanilla
- 2 T melted butter

Creamy Coconut Pie

Spread the coconut flakes on a microwave safe dish, microwave 5 minutes, or until brown, tossing with a fork every

- 3 C toasted coconut
- 1/4 C light brown sugar
- 1/2 C melted butter
- 1 C 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 C sour cream
- 1 pkg instant white chocolate pudding mix, like Jello
- 1 container 8 oz frozen whipped topping, like cool whip, thawed and divided
Homemade Fried Rice

On medium high heat, heat the oil in a large skillet or wok
- 3 cups cooked white rice (day old or leftover rice works best!)
- 3 Tablespoons sesame oil (or vegetable oil)
- 1 cup peas and carrots (if using frozen make sure they're thawed)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3-4 Tablespoons soy sauce

- 8 ounces whole-wheat rotini, or fusilli
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
