Olive Garden Dressing

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy
- 1 Pkt Good Seasons Italian Dressing made according to package directions
- 3 T. mayonnaise
- 2 T. sugar
- 2 T. good extra virgin olive oil
- 3 T. Parmesan cheese, grated
ColeSlaw for Freezing

Mix salt with cabbage and let stand 1 hour
- Dressing:
- 1 Med head cabbage shredded
- 1 carrot grated
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp mustard seed
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1/4 C water
- 1 C vinegar
- 2 C sugar
Tomato Risotto

In 2 qt saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 T butter
- 2 T butter
- 1/3 C chopped sweet onions
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 4 C chicken broth, heated to a simmer
- 1 C arborio rice
- 1/4 C grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 medium size ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced
- 6 medium size basil leaves
- salt and pepper to taste
Grandma's Doughnuts

Directions Heat oil in deep-fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
- 2 quarts oil for deep frying
- 1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
Poppy Seed Bundt Cake

- 1 package (18.25-ounces) yellow cake mix
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup poppy seeds
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup (1/2-stick) butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Caramel Glazed Apple Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Glaze:
- butter, for greasing the pan
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 + 1/3 cups peeled, tart apples, chopped
- 2/3 cup chopped walnuts/pecans or butter toffee pecans, divided
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut flakes
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon milk
- vanilla ice cream or fresh whipped cream, for serving, optional

- 2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 medium onions, cut in 1/4" strips
- 2 potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh garlic
- 6 ounces full-bodied red wine
- 10 ounces beef stock
- 1 sprig rosemary, chopped medium fine
