Chicken Pot Pie

To make filling, melt butter in a large skillet and saute all of the vegetables until tender

Creamy Chicken and Rice

Remove seasoning packet from rice package; sprinkle chicken with 1-1/2 teaspoons of seasoning mix

Beef Brisket

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 1/4 C flour
- 2/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 lbs beef brisket
- 2 T oil;
- 1 large onion, halved and sliced

- 1 Can beef broth (13 1/2 oz)
- 1/2 C white wine
- 1/4 C reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 C honey
- 3/4 tsp dried sage

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C)
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 1/2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped

- 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) butter, divided
- 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 (4-1/4-ounce) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 6 flounder fillets (about 2 pounds total)

- 1 pound hollow cavatappi, elbows with lines or macaroni with lines

- 1 to 2 small ribs celery, finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

- 1 stick butter, divided
- 3 tablespoons flour
