Pineapple Cherry Nut Cakes

Use the mini loaf pans will possibly make 4-6
- 1 Cup drained maraschino cherries cut in half each one (save 5 to put on top)
- 1 Cup 20 oz crushed pineapple (Drain juice and put in bowl and add water to
- juice to make 1 Cup)
- 1 Box Yellow Cake mix(no pudding in cake mix)
- 1 Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 C oil
- 1/2 C chopped pecans
- Frosting or glaze
- 2 oz Philadelphia cheese
- 1 T milk
- 1/2 Cup powdered sugar
Turkey Gravy

Bring the turkey stock to a boil in a large saucepan
- 5 cups turkey stock with pan drippings
- Swanson Broth Chicken
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
Citrus Cranberry Sauce

Put the cranberries in a large pot or saucepan
- 2 (12-ounce) bags cranberries
- zest of one orange, grated
- zest of one lemon, grated
- juice of one orange
- juice of one lemon

Basic Risotto With Shrimp

- 1 cup Arborio rice
- 1 lb shrimp (fresh)
- 2 T extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large onion finely diced
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 2 T unsalted butter
- 1/4 C Parmesan cheese, grated

Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole
