- 4 lemons, zested and juiced
- 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 6 eggs
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 cups evaporated cane sugar
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1 lb Tri Colored Rotini Pasta or regular
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup cooked chicken or can crab meat flaked drained or frozen thawed around 1 cup ( also can used cooked baby shrimp or a can of tuna,)
- 1/4 cup roasted sliced almonds
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon each oregano, basil, parsley (dried) and garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
