Joe's Stone Crab Amazing Apple Crumb Pie

For the filling: Peel, quarter, and core the apples
- one 9 1/2- or 10-inch pie shell
- 8 red apples
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup sugar, or more to taste depending on sweetness of apples
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Topping
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp flour
- 1 stick +1 1/2 tbsp cold unsalted butter, cut into chunks
- 2/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup pecans, broken up coarsely
Corn Dip

Preheat the ovens to 350 degrees
- 2 11-oz. cans Mexican corn,drained
- 2 4-1/2 ounce cans chopped green chilies, drained
- 2 cups grated Monterey Jack Cheese
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- corn chips,for dipping
Sausage & Cheese Turnovers

Separate dough into 10 biscuits
- 1 ( 10 oz) can refrigerated biscuits
- 1/2 pound Italian bulk sausage,browned and drained
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 (4 oz) can mushrooms stems and pieces, drained
- 4-8 ounces shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Kings Bay Dressing

- 6 EGGS
- 1 CUP MILK
- 1/4 TSP SALT
- 1/8 TSP PEPPER
- 1/2 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
