- 3 Tbsp Sunflower Oil
- 1/3 Cup Popcorn kernels
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1/3 Cup Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp Corn syrup
- 1 Tbsp Milk
- 1/3 Cup Semisweet chocolate chips
Taco Salad Pie

1. Heat oven to 450 degrees
- Crust:
- 1/2 Cup Crushed tortilla chips
- 1 Refrigerated pie crust
- Whole round tortilla chips
- Filling:
- 1 Lb Ground Beef
- 1 15 oz can Spicy Chili beans, undrained
- 1 1/2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 Cup Salsa
- 1 Cup chopped lettuce
- 1/2 Cup chopped tomato
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1/2 Cup sour cream
- 1/4 Cup sliced ripe olives, if desired
Breakfast Enchilada's with red sauce

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- For the Red Sauce:

- 2 * 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup diced onion
- * Salt
- 2 * 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 * 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 * 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 10 * 10 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped (about 3 cups)
- 1 * 1 cup chicken broth
- For the turkey sausage:
- nocoupons
- 1 * 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 * 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 * 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 3 * 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 * 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 * 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 * 1 teaspoon chopped fresh sage leaves
- 1 * 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 * 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 * 3 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro leaves
- For the scrambled eggs:

- 8 * 8 eggs
- 2 * 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 * 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 * 8 (8-inch) flour tortillas, warmed
- 3/4 * 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar
- 3/4 * 3/4 cup shredded Monterey jack
- 1 * 1 cup sour cream

- * Special Equipment: 10 by 12-inch baking dish
Gaelic Truffles

Rinse out a saucepan with cold water
- 2/3 Cup Heavy Cream
- 8 Oz Semi-sweet chocolate, broken into small pieces
- 3 Tbsp Whiskey
- 3/4 Cup Powdered sugar
- 1 Tsp instant coffee, dissolved in 1 tbsp. hot water and left to cool
- Chocolate sprinkles, and chopped walnuts
Grasshopper Fudge Cake

1. Heat oven to 350°F for shiny metal or glass pan (or 325°F for dark or nonstick pan)
- 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® white cake mix
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons mint extract
- 3 egg whites
- 12 drops green food color
- 2 jars (16 oz each) hot fudge topping
- 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 5 drops yellow food color
- Thin rectangular crème de menthe chocolate candies, unwrapped and cut into pieces, if desired
Hot Mushroom Dip

Sauté onions and mushrooms in butter 5-6 minutes
- Pair with most red wines, especially ones with earthy undertone
- 1 lb sliced mushrooms (2 boxes)
- 1 onion chopped very fine
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese

- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 (16-ounce) can no-salt added tomato sauce
- 1 (15-ounce) can dark red kidney beans, rinsed
- 1 (15-ounce) can light red kidney beans, rinsed

- 1 cup frozen corn, thawed, drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chili powder

- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
- 1 cup rinsed canned black beans
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 Tbsp. sliced black olives
- 3 pkg. (13 oz. each) baked tortilla chips

- 4-3/4 cups water, divided
- 1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets (about 4 cups)

- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Buffalo Chicken and Potatoes

- 1 1/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
- 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 6 cups frozen (thawed) southern-style hash brown potatoes
- 1 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
- 1 can (10 oz) condensed cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (3 to 4 medium)
