HEAT oven to 375ºF. COOK pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt
- 4 cups ziti pasta, uncooked
- 1 jar (26 oz.) marinara sauce
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 6 oz. (3/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
- 3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
Tortellini Casserole

In a large bowl add sausage, onion and garlic
- 1 lb ground italian sausage
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 package frozen tortelli, uncooked.
- 2 tsp. chicken bullion
- 1 medium zucchini, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. italian seasonings
- dash of pepper.
Brooke's Homemade Meatloaf

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- Glaze:
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 * 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 * 2 teaspoons packed light brown sugar

- 2 * 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 * 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 * 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 * 2 large eggs
- 1 * 1 slice white bread, torn into pieces

- 3/4 * 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Crock Pot Tangy Rump Roast

1. 1 Sprinkle the onion soup mix in the bottom of the crock pot
- # 3 -5 lbs rump roast, trimmed
- # 1 (8 ounce) package onion soup mix
- # 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
- # 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- # 2 tablespoons flour
Steak au Poivre

Remove the steaks from the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to 1 hour prior to cooking
- 4 * 4 tenderloin steaks, 6 to 8 ounces each and no more than 1 1/2 inches thick
- * Kosher salt
- 2 * 2 tablespoons whole peppercorns
- 1 * 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 * 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/3 * 1/3 cup Cognac, plus 1 teaspoon

Mix all ingredients, excluding the cheese and tortillas
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 small tomatoes, diced
- 1 can corn (I use the corn with green and red peppers in it for a little more pizzazz)
- 1 Onion medium size-diced (I prefer Vidalia)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. Cumin
- 1 pack of Large Tortillas (I prefer flour tortillas)
- 1 bag shredded Mexican style cheese
- Foil
Whole Wheat Macaroni and Cheese

- 1/2 * 1/2 pound whole-wheat rotini
- 4 * 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 to 2 * 1 to 2 tablespoons diced onions
- 2 * 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- * Pinch ground black pepper
- 2 * 2 cups milk
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup grated Muenster
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup grated Cheddar
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 2 * 2 teaspoons oil, from marinated sun-dried tomatoes
- 8 * 8 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

- 1/4 cup beer
- 2 green onions, chopped
Beef Pot Roast with Onions and Capers

- 2 * 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
- 1 * 1 (3 to 4-pound) boneless chuck steak
- 2 * 2 tablespoons sea salt
- 2 * 2 tablespoons cracked black pepper
- 1 * 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 * 2 carrots, peeled, cut in 1/2 and sliced on the bias
- 2 * 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 * 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 * 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 * 1 cup beef stock
- 1 * 1 Scotch bonnet or habanero pepper

- 1 * 1 (5 pound) chicken
- 4 * 4 heads garlic, top 1-inch cut off
- 2 * 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 * 1 medium lemon, halved
- 1 * 1 medium yellow onion, quartered
- 1 * 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
