Bacon-Chile Rellenos

* 1Heat oven to 375°F
- 4 jalapeño chiles (about 3 inches long)
- 1/3 cup Boursin cheese with garlic and herbs (from 5.2-oz container)
- 8 slices packaged precooked bacon (from 2.2-oz package), halved
- 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1/2 cup Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky salsa, if desired
General Tso's Chicken

1. 1 Place sauce ingredients in a quart jar with a lid and shake to mix
- 3 * 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 2 * 2 cups green onions, sliced
- 8 * 8 small dried chilies, seeds removed (bird pepper or thai chilies are good)
- Cornstarch slurry
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup soy sauce, low sodium preferred
- 1 * 1 egg, beaten
- 1 * 1 cup cornstarch
- Sauce
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh garlic, minced
- 3/4 * 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup sherry wine or 1/4 cup white wine
- 14 1/2 * 14 1/2 ounces chicken broth (a can)
Chicken With Creamy Mushroom Sauce

1. Heat 1-1/2 tsp oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat, Add chicken
- 1 Tbsp. Oil Divided
- 6 Small boneless chicken breast halves 1/2" thickness
- 4 1/2 C Broad egg noodles, uncooked
- 1/2 lb. Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 C Finley chopped onions
- 1/3 C Fat-free reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1 10oz Container Savory Garlic cooking creme (Philadelphia)

- 3 Skinless, Boneless chicken breasts
- 4 Tbsp Whole wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp Wheat germ
- 1/2 Tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 Tsp Coriander
- Pepper
- 1 Egg, lightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Ham Asparagus Gratin

MIX soup, milk, onion powder, black pepper, asparagus, ham, pasta and 1/2 cup cheese in 2-qt
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Asparagus Soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups cooked cut asparagus
- 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham
- 3 cups hot cooked corkscrew-shaped pasta
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese OR Swiss cheese
Honey BBQ Ribs

- 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) Condensed French Onion Soup
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

- Peppers and onions:
- 2 * 2 pounds ground pork
- 3 * 3 tablespoons kosher salt
- 2 * 2 tablespoons cracked black pepper
- 3 * 3 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 2 * 2 tablespoons fennel seeds
- 2 * 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper, or to taste
- 2 * 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes, or to taste
- 2 * 2 tablespoons garlic, minced

- 2 * 2 red bell peppers, seeded and sliced in rings
- 2 * 2 green bell peppers, seeded and sliced in rings
- 1 * 1 sweet onion, sliced in rings
- 2 * 2 tablespoons salt, or to taste
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 tablespoons cracked black pepper, or to taste
- 16 * 16 ounces fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced

- 4 Packages Spicy Italian Sausages
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 Yellow Pepper
- 1 Green Pepper

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees, and butter a 9x13-inch ceramic or glass baking dish
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 pounds plum tomatoes, halved lengthwise
- 3 Garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 Thyme sprigs
- 1/2 Cup torn basil leaves plus 1 basil sprig
- 3 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Black Pepper
- 1 1/2 lb Broccoli, cut into small florets
- 4 Oz slice of pancetta finely diced
- 1 Large onion, very finely chopped
- 1 Cup pitted green olives
- 1 lb Rigatoni
- 2 Cups Ricotta cheese
- 3/4 Cup freshly grated parmigiana-reggiano cheese
