Chocolate Passion Dessert

- 24 fudge brownies
- 2 cups sliced strawberris (fresh or frozen)

- 2 tubs (8 oz) Cool Whip Non-Dairy Whipped Topping, thawed
Chicken Stir Fry

Stir fry mushrooms, then add string beans until they are al-a-dente

- 1/4 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 can (14 oz.) cannellini beans (Italian white beans), drained
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped (2 cups chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, shredded
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar or to taste

Roasted Butternut Squash with Grapes and Rosemary

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Line a heavy-duty rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
- 1-1 1/2 lbs. butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cut into 3/4 inch cubes (about 3 cups)
- 2 cups of seedless red grapes (about 12 oz.)
- 1 medium red onion, peeled and sliced into thick wedges
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 4 parts Real Sangria (1.5)
- 1 part Paul Masson Brandy
- 1 part Triple Sec
- 2 parts cranberry juice
- 3 parts ruby red grapefruit

- 2 packages (9 oz. EACH) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Bisquick Baking Mix
Broccoli Salad

Mix mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, red onion, and raisins to make dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 or more red onion, chopped
- 3 small packs of raisins OR 4 oz.
- 1 cup salted cashew nuts
- Broccoli Florettes (1 or 2 bunches)
