Egg and Sausage Quiche

Line 9" pie plate with pastry and flute edge
- One 9" pastry pie crust
- 8 oz. bulk pork sausage
- 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Swiss Cheese
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/4 cups light cream or milk
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Yogurt Fruit Smoothies

Place yogurt, milk, fruit spread and ice in blender container
- 1 (5.3 oz.) container vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup SMUCKER'S Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves OR Sugar Free Red Raspberry Preserves OR Sugar Free Apricot Preserves
- 6 ice cubes
Fresh Strawberry Pie

Slice strawberries and pat dry with paper towels
- One 8" or 9" baked pie shell
- 1 quart strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3/4 cup sugar
- One 3 oz. package strawberry gelatin
- Whipped Cream or Cool Whip for topping
Shrimp & Zucchini Stir-Fry

Reheat rice as label directs
- 4 cups frozen cooked brown rice
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 lb. (26-30) medium shelled and deveined shrimp
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 lb. zucchini, thinly sliced and halved
- 2 teaspoons lower-sodium soy sauce
- 1 bunch green onions, trimmed and thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
Warm and Creamy Bacon Dip

Bring cream cheese to room temperature
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 2 cups sour cream
- 3 ounces cooked bacon, crumbled OR bacon bits
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped green onion

Bake in a greased 8" square baking pan at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 liquid chocolate packets
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 cup cold water
Red, White and Green Penne

Cook penne pasta in a large pot of well-salted boiling water until al dente
- 1 lb. Penne Pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- salt
- Parmesan cheese
Penne w/Sausage & Mushroom

Heat large covered saucepot of salted water to boiling on high
- 1 lb. multigrain penne
- 12 oz. sweet Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1 medium onion (8 - 10 oz.), finely chopped
- 2 packages (10 oz. EACH) sliced mushrooms
- 5 oz. baby kale OR baby arugula
- Salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Traditional Veal Stew

In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt and pepper; mix well
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds veal stew meat, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced italian style tomatoes, undrained
- 2/3 cup chicken broth
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 bell pepper ( 1 green, 1 red) cut into thin strips
