Combine soup with tomatoes and okra in large saucepan
- 2 - 18.8 oz. cans Campbell's Chunky Chicken Sausage Gumbo Soup
- 1 - 14.5 oz. can Margaret Holmes Tomatoes and Okra
- 1 pouch Boil-in-Bag Rice
- 1 lb. Fully Cooked Shrimp
Low Carb Potato Salad

Place 1" of water in a large pot with 1 teaspoon salt and bring to a boil
- 1 pound cauliflower florets, chopped into 1/2" pieces
- Kosher Salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoon fresh dill
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickle
- 1 medium celery stalk, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped red onions
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice
- 6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
- paprika, for garnish
Conchiglie Rigate with Mushrooms and Shrimp

Cook pasta as directed. Meanwhile, in large skillet, melt butter over medium heat
- 1 lb. Barilla Conchiglie Rigate
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 large clove of garlic, minced
- 1 lb. mushrooms, trimmed and sliced
- 3/4 lb. medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon EACH of salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Disappearing Buffalo Chicken Dip

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken
- 1/3 cup Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 1 cup Hellman's Real or Light Mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
Festive Sweet and Sour Chicken

Drain pineapple and reserve juice
- 1 20 oz. can Dole Pineapple Chunks
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons EACH: brown sugar and cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken, chunked
- 1 medium green or red bell pepper, chunked
- 1 small yellow onion, cut in wedges
- 1 8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 5 oz. can Chow Mein Noodles, warmed
Ziti with Meat Sauce

Drain tomato juice from cans and reserve liquid
- One 28 oz. can peeled tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- Olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 lb. ground sirloin or round
- 3 sweet italian sausages, cut into rough chunks
- 1 bunch parsley
- Basil, salt, and pepper, to taste
- 1 lb. ziti
- Ricotta annd grated Parmesan

- 1 cup long-grain brown rice
- 1 small chicken breast (6 oz), cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 bunch kale, thick stems removed and leaves thinly sliced

- 1 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus spears
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 to 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshy ground black pepper

- 1 small box of Orange Jello
- 1 small container of small curd Cottage Cheese
- 1 small container of Cool Whip
- 1 small can of mandarin oranges
- 1 small can of crushed pineapple

- 8 oz. strawberries, cut in half
- 1/2 to 1 medium cucumber, halved and sliced
- 1/4 red onion, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 3 tablespoons lemon juce
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
