- Two 1 lb. bags of frozen fruit
- 3 bananas, halved

Chicken and Broccoli Braid

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Rectangle Stone
- 2 Cups cooked chicken, Cubed ( I Buy Boars Head Maple Glazed Chicken from Publix) 2 Thick slices = 2 cups
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (1 cup)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dill Weed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 2 packages refrigerated crescent rolls (it is best to keep crescent dough refrigerated until ready to use. Once the dough is warm it becomes soft and sometimes sticky, making it difficult to work with).
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
Picnic Pasta Salad

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain
- 4 cups (12 oz.) Penne, uncooked
- 2 cups chopped fresh tomato
- 1 cup (8 oz.) Italian salad dressing
- 1/4 lb. EACH sliced deli ham and salami, cut into strips
- 1/4 lb. provolone or mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
- 3/4 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
- 3/4 cup sliced celery
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
Easy Guacamole Recipe

Peel avocados and remove the pit
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 small onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 small tomato
- 1 1/2 Tbsp lime juice (or juice of 1 fresh lime)
- salt and pepper to taste

Cream Cheese Batter - Combine cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt in bowl
- CREAM CHEESE BATTER:
- One 8 oz. package cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- CHOCOLATE BATTER:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- TOPPING:
- Sugar
- Nuts
Pastry Wrapped Cranberry Brie

Heat oven to 350F. Unroll dough and separate crosswise into 2 sections
- 1 can (8 oz). can Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 round (8 oz.) Brie cheese (do not use triple creme Brie)
- 3 tablespoons whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon apricot preserves
Spicy Cashew Chicken

Heat oil in 12 inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook red pepper flakes 30 seconds
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into thin strips
- 1 package Knorr Rice Sides - Chicken
- 1/2 cup chopped unsalted cashews
- 1/2 cup frozen green peas, thawed
Carrot Salad

Combine carrots, pineapple, coconut and raisins
- 2 packages carrots, shredded
- 1 can pineapple chunks, reserve liquid
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup raisins (approximate)
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Chocolate Chip Cookies

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix thoroughly shortening, butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla
- 2/3 cup shortening
- 2/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 cups flour (if using self-rising, omit baking soda and salt)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 2 pkgs. (6 oz. each) semisweet chocolate pieces
Four Bean Salad

- 16 oz. EACH (drained) kidney beans, wax beans, black-eyed peas, cut green beans
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dry tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 medium onion - sliced in rings
