Mix egg and milk. Set aside
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup self-rising cornmeal
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 to 5 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 4 medium sized green tomatoes cut into 1/4 inch slices
Pimiento Cheese Bites

In a medium bowl combine cheese, olives, mayonnaise, scallion and red-pepper sauce
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped pimiento-stuffed green olives
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped scallion
- 1/2 teaspoon red-pepper sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 baguettes (12 ounces each), sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Grown Up Gouda Mac

Cook pasta in salted water and drain, reserving one cup of the water
- I box favorite pasta
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 half small onion diced
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup of water (that was used to cook pasta)
- 3 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon corn starch mixed with 1/4 cup water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 16 oz shredded smoked gouda cheese

- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, divided
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 medium-sized green tomatoes, cut into 1/3 inch slices
- vegetable oil
- salt to taste

- 4 cups pecan halves
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tablespoon garlic salt
Reuben Casserole

Place corned beef in a light greased 9x 13 inch baking dish
- 1/2 to 1 pound corned beef, cooked, diced or sliced
- 1/4 cup Thousand Island salad dressing
- 1 can or bag sauerkraut (16 ounces), drained and rinsed
- 1/2 pound shredded Swiss cheese
- 6 slices rye bread, crumbled
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Herbed Dipping Sauce with Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 4 hours
- 1/2 cup virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon fresh clove garlic, mashed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, optional
- 1 Tablespoon parsley, minced
- 1 Tablespoon fresh basi, chopped fine
