Fried Rice Sauce

I mix all ingredients except rice and eggs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame seed oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons garlic
- 1 Tablespoon sage
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- red pepper flakes (your preference as to how much)
- 1 Tablespoon ginger (ground or minced)
- Use with 2 cups cooked cold rice, 4 cups your choice chopped veggies and 4 eggs scrambled.
Slow Cooker Spinach Lasagna

Mix pesto, ricotta and Parmesan cheese together
- 1 (26 ounce) jar prepared pasta sauce or your own homemade
- 1 (10 ounce) box lasagna noodles (the kind you cook)
- 1 (11 ounce) container pesto
- 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
- 1 (12 ounce) bag baby spinach
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 16 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup water
Shallot-Parsley Vinaigrette

Combine the mustard, 1/3 cup vinegar and the whole egg in a blender or food processor
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup red wine vinegar (depending on the acidity of your vinegar)
- 1 large whole egg
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 3 Tablespoons finely minced shallots
- 2 Tablespoons freshly minced parsley
- salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Banana Muffin Pudding

Make the custard: Bring the milk to a simmer in a medium sacepan over medium heat
- 3 cups whole milk
- 4 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 large banana-nut muffins, cut into 3/4 inch thick slices
- 2 bananas, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
One-Pot Chicken Couscous

In 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken in hot oil until well browned on all sides
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 large carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 2 (13 3/4 ounces) cans chicken broth
- 2 cups couscous, cooked
- 2 teaspoons Tabasco pepper sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Pimiento Cheese Bites

In medium bowl combine cheese, olives, mayonnaise, scallion and red-pepper sauce
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped pimiento-stuffed green olives
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped scallion
- 1/2 teaspoon red-pepper sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 baguettes (12 ounces each), sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Seafood Pasta Salad

Combine mayonnaise, dressig and cheese; mix well
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing (preferably zesty)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces Ro-tel (corkscrew) pasta, cooked and drained
- 8 ounces imitation crab or lobster meat, cut in chunks
- 1/2 to 1 cup broccoli, partially cooked
- 1 tomato, chopped

Mix refried beans and Fritos bean dip; spread in bottom of small rectangular baking dish
- 1 small can refried beans
- 1 can Fritos bean dip
- 1 container Dean's guacamole dip
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package taco seasoning
- shredded Jack and cheddar cheese
- 1 can sliced black olives
- 3 small chopped tomatoes
- 2 bunches chopped green onions
