- 1 cup shredded Manchego cheese (4 oz.)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 3 cups strawberries, halved and/or quartered
- 4 cups baby arugula

- 1 Tablespoon canola oil
- 1 white onion, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 pounds ground sausage

- 1 Tablespoon fresh thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon Morton Season-All seasoned salt

- 1 envelope (1 ounce) au jus mix
- 1/2 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup cold water
