- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Curry Chicken Salad

Mix mayo, soy sauce, mango chutney, curry powder and lemon juice until well blended
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp prepared mango chutney
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- salt to taste
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1 roasted chicken chopped or shredded
Chicken Parmesan Baked

Preheat oven to 350 and melt coconut oil in baking dish appropriate size for the amount of chicken you are cooking
- Chicken
- Bread Crumbs &/or Flour (Kamut, Spelt...)
- Garlic Powder
- Oregano
- Paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cconut oil
- Spaghetti Sauce -Basil was nice
- Cheese-I used Havarti
Thai Bean Dip

Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until the consistency of ketchup
- 14 oz baked beans,slightly drained
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp dried cilantro
- 1/2 Tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic
- dash hot sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
Sunny Raw Hummus

Place garlic cloves in the food processor fit with the s-blade
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 ½ cups raw sunflower seeds, soaked for 4-6 hours in pure water, drained and rinsed well
- ½ cup raw sesame tahini
- ½ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup water
- ¾ teaspoon Himalayan salt
- olive oil, paprika and/or parsley to garnish, if desired
Gingerbread Cookie Dough Balls

Mix peanut butter and molasses, either using a blender or fork
- ■6 tbsp Peanut Butter (I use salted)
- ■around 1 1/2 tbsp Molasses (20g) (I used blackstrap)
- ■heaping 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- ■scant 1/8 tsp ginger and nutmeg
- ■Optional: cloves, sugar
Flourless Orange Cake

Microwave oranges peelings pips and all (covered in water) for 10 minutes

- 2 large oranges
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g almond meal
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 6 eggs
- Syrup:
- 1/2 C orange juice
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1 C water
Goji Power Truffles

This is another super simple way to get a bit of extra protein
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 6 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup goji berries, soaked and patted dry
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Banana Bread

Preheat the oven to 325F. Take the dry ingredients and whisk in a large bowl
- 1 3/4 cup of whole grain spelt flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder (I use aluminum-free)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon + 1/4 tsp ground ginger + 1/4 tsp nutmeg OR 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 4 small bananas or 3.5 medium ones
- 2 tbsp coconut butter (Warmed slightly)
- 3 tbsp applesauce
- 1/2 cup Canadian maple syrup
- Walnuts for garnish
