Simple Peanut Sauce

- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- dash hot pepper sauce
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
Holiday Chicken

Arrange chicken in roaster
- 4 pounds chicken parts, skin removed
- 14 ounces whole cranberry sauce
- 42 gram envelope dry onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 3 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
Sangria

Measure orange juice and lemon juice into 2 litre pitcher
- 1 C prepared orange juice
- 1/3 C lemon or lime juice
- 1/2 C granulated sugar
- 3 C red wine
- 1 1/2 C club sods
- 3-5 orange slices
- 3-5 lemon or lime slices
Chocolate Fondue

Combine ingredients in heavy saucepan
- 8 oz good quality milk chocolate, cut up
- 4 oz bittersweet chocolate baking squares, broken up
- 1 C whipping cream
- 2 T tia Maria or Cognac
Peppery Roast

Place roast in slow cooker
- 4 pounds beef roast
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 2 teaspoons celery salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- dash nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 drops hot pepper sauce
Branicot Pecan Muffins

Preheat oven to 400 line muffin tin
- 1 C boiling water
- 2 C 100% Bran cereal
- 1/2 C butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 C milk
- 2 T molasses
- 1 1/2 C flour
- 1 C chopped dried apricots
- 1 C chopped pecans
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Parmesan Potato Soup

Pierce potatoes with a fork bake in the oven until tender
- 4 medium baking potato, about 2 pounds
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon rubbed sage
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 4 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 6 cups milk
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 10 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
Pineapple Meatballs

Stir first 8 ingredients together well in bowl
- 3/4 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 large eggs, fork beaten
- 3/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- Sauce
- 14 ounces canned crushed pineapple, with juice
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
Barbequed Spareribs

Sprinkle ribs with salt. Place ribs on rack in a baking pan and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours
- 6 pounds pork spareribs, cut into serving-size portions
- salt
- 2 1/2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
