Lemonade Chicken

In small bowl combine lemonade, soy sauce, seasoned salt, celery salt, and garlic powder
- 3 pounds chicken pieces, bone in
- 6 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Sour Cream and Cheese Biscuits

Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl
- 2 C all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 T sugar (optional)
- 1 T baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 C grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 C sour cream
- 1/3 C cooking oil
Garlic Spinach

Peel garlic and crush in a pestle and mortar
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp lemon grass
- 2 lbs fresh spinach
- 2 T peanut oil
- salt
- 1 T dark soy sauce
- 2 tsp brown sugar
Spaghetti Meat Sauce

Break up pieces of meat with a fork
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 , 1lb cans tomatoes, chopped
- 1 , 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 , 12 oz can tomato paste
- 1 C beef broth
- 2 T minced parsley
- 1 T brown sugar
- 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
- 1 tsp dried basil leaves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- cooked spaghetti, noodles or other pasta
Toasted Cheese Roll Ups

- 1 cup monterey jack cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped olives
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion

Honey Harvest Bran Muffins

- 1 , 16oz can peeled tomatoes, cut up
- 1 , 6oz can tomato paste

- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp salt

- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt

Lemony Chicken Pasta

Cook pasta until tender but firm
- 4 cups penne pasta
- 375 grams boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup light ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- pinch nutmeg
- 4 cups packed trimmed spinach
Carrots in Dill-Chive Cream Sauce

In large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook carrots until just tender-crisp; drain well
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 2 T butter
- 1 T flour
- 1/3 C chicken stock
- 1/3 C light cream
- 1 T finely chopped fresh dill
- 1 T snipped fresh chives
- salt to taste
