Worcestershire Teriyaki Marinade

Reserve 1/4 cup for basting
- 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Lemon Vermouth Chicken

Season chicken with salt and pepper
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup red vermouth
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, optional
- 2 teaspoons butter
Cinnamon Buttermilk Bread

Measure all bread ingredients in order given into large mixing bowl
- Topping:
- 2 C flour
- 1 C sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 C buttermilk
- 1/4 C oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 T sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp butter, softened
Lemon Tea Bread

Grease 8x4 loaf pan; line bottom with parchment paper
- 1/2 C butter, softened
- 1 1/4 C sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 T grated lemon rind
- 1 1/2 C flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 C milk
- 1/4 C lemon juice
Honey Lime Pork Roast

Rub paste on pork. Marinade several hours or overnight
- MAKE A PASTE OUT OF:
- 3 1/2 pounds boneless pork loin
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon oil
- HONEY LIME BASTING SAUCE:
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
Pizza in a Pot Fondue

Scramble fry beef, onion and garlic in non-stick pan until browned
- 1/4 lb ground beef
- 1/4 C finely diced onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced, or 1/4 tsp powder
- 1 T flour
- 10 oz tomato soup, condensed
- 2/3 C white wine
- 1 C grated swiss
- 1 C grated mozzarella
- 1 tsp dried sweet basil
- 1 tsp ground oregano
- sprinkle pepper
Tiny Pizzas

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in bowl
- TOPPING:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- sprinkle oregano
- pepperoni slice, optional
- mozzarella cheese, sliced
Apricot Oatmeal Muffins

Preheat oven to 400. Grease or line muffin tin
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Sour Cream Cake

Preheat oven to 325F. Butter and flour a 9x5x3 loaf pan
- 1/4 lb unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 4 eggs, seperated
- 1 C sour cream
- 2 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tsp grated lime zest
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1 3/4 C sifted cake flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
Northern Chinese Pork

Debone the pork steaks and cut up into small cubes
- 2 pork steaks
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry
- 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 carrots, coarsely grated
- peanut oil
- 1 large clove garlic, chopped
- hot pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 6 T chicken broth
