Ingredients
- 3/4 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 large eggs, fork beaten
- 3/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- Sauce
- 14 ounces canned crushed pineapple, with juice
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water

Preparation
Step 1
Stir first 8 ingredients together well in bowl.
Add ground beef. Mix well. Shape into 1 1/2" balls. Place in 3 1/2 l slow cooker.
SAUCE: Put first 4 ingredients into saucepan over medium heat. Stir. Bring to a boil
Stir cornstarch and water together in a small cup. 'Stir into boiling mixture until slightly thickened. Pour over meatballs. Cover. Cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours, or on High for 4 to 5 hours.
