Spicy Cheeseburgers

Combine first 10 ingredients
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp liquid smoke, optional
- 1 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp saalt
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 3 lbs ground beef
- 9 slices pepper Jack cheese
- 9 hamburger buns, split
- lettuce leaves and tomato slices, optional

- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 pork loin chops

Chocolate Fondue

- 1/2 C butter

- 3 T creme de cacao or coffee-flavoured liqueur

Apricot Hot Cross Buns

Combine 2 cups of flour, yeast and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl
- 4 to 4 1/2 C all-purpose flour
- 1 pkg active dry yeast
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4 C reduced-fat milk
- 1/2 C butter
- 1/3 C sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 C snipped dried apricots
- 1 egg white, beaten
Whole Wheat Pancake Mix

In large bowl, stir together flours, buttermilk powder, sugar, B
- 1 C flour
- 1/2 C whole wheat flour
- 1/3 C buttermilk powser
- 1 T sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 C dried blueberries
Chorizo Sausage

Combine all ingredients. Stuff into casings, or fry plain
- 1 pound coarse-ground lean pork
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
BBQ Sauce

- 1/2 cup dry white wine

- 2 T chopped yellow onion
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 1/2 C water
- 2 tsp liquid smoke
