- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions

- 1 cup penne pasta, uncooked
- 2 bone-in pork chops (3/4 lb), 1/2" thick
- 1/4 cup Kraft Classic Caesar Dressing, divided
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
Keck Potatoes

Heat oven to 350 deg. Spray baking dish
- 8 med red potatoes
- 1 lb velveeta, cubed
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 lb fried bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup black olives
- dash salt & pepper
Creamy Herb Chicken

In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over med heat
- Sauce:
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 med yellow onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh chives (optional)
- 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
Quinoa Cheesy Pilaf with Spinach

1. Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil over high heat
- 1/4 cup quinoa
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons raw sunflower seeds
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/3 cup grated goat gouda cheese
Roasted Shallot Green Beans (Penzeys Spices)

Preheat oven to 375. While the oven heats, clean the beans and trim off the ends
- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 2 Tbsp Penzeys Air-Dried Shallots rehydrated in 1/4 C water for 20 minutes
- 2 Tbsp olive oil

Townhouse Mac & Cheese

- SAUCE
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 small shallot, peeled, finely chopped
- 1 lg clove garlic, peeled, finely chopped
- 1/4 c white wine
- 1 qt heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 lb (1 1/2 pkgs) Boursin cheese (herb or herb & garlic variety)
- 3/4 lb mascarpone cheese
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp corn starch
- 2 Tbsp water
- PASTA
- 4 qts water
- 2 lbs dry orecchiette pasta
- 2 Tbsp kosher salt
- GARNISH
- 1 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c butter crackers (like Ritz)
- 3 Tbsp melted unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 c aged white cheddar cheese
Chocolate Cherry Streusel Cake

Preheat oven to 325 deg. Grease and flour a 10" bundt pan
- 1-1/2 cups mini semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1-2/3 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cups flour
- 1-1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1-1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 16 oz container light sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup dried cherries
- confectioners' sugar (optional) for garnish
