Fresh Cherry Crisp

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
- 4 cups pitted sour cherries
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 4 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup shortening
Shrimp with Herb Cream Sauce

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the kosher salt
- 4 oz angel hair pasta or thin spaghetti
- 1 Tbsp kosher salt for pasta water
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup sliced cremini mushrooms
- 8oz extra-large shrimp, shell's removed, tail left on
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 asparagus spears, cut into 1" pieces
- 1/4 cup sherry or white wine
- 2 wedges light herb and garlic cheese (such as the Laughing Cow brand) or 3oz cream cheese
- 3/4 cup fat-free or reg half-and-half or fat-free milk
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- 6 cups torn romaine
- 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

- 1 garlic clove, peeled

- 1 oz (2 Tbsp) cranberry juice, chilled
- 3 oz (~ 1/3 cup) prosecco, chilled
- Whole cranberries for garnish

- 6 slices bacon, cut into 1/2" pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped red onions
- 1 tub (10oz) Philadelphia Italian Cheese and Herb Cooking Creme
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 lb fettuccine, cooked

In a large nonstick Dutch oven, heat the oil over med heat
- 2 tsp corn oil
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (4 oz each), cut into pieces
- 1 lg red or green bell pepper, cut into strips (about 1 cup)
- 1 med yellow onion, diced (about 1 cup)
- 1 tbsp minced pickled jalapeno pepper
- 2 cups long grain white rice
- 2 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz) low-sodium whole tomatoes, undrained
- 1/4 cup sliced green olives (optional)
Oma's Seafood Bisque (Penzeys)

In a large stockpot, melt the butter over medium-low heat
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 sticks butter (Jennifer uses unsalted)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (Jennifer uses reduced fat)
- 1 qt. half & half
- 2 cans cream of potato soup OR 3 Cups water/vegetable stock plus 1 medium potato, diced
- 1 16-oz. pkg. small frozen shrimp (we could only find medium and cut them in thirds)
- 1 6-oz. can crab meat
- 1 8-oz. pkg. frozen corn
- 1/2 tsp. CRUSHED RED PEPPER FLAKES
- 1/2 tsp. PENZEYS PEPPER
